In order to maintain the dynamism in our actions and to allow each professional to be represented, the Association is administered by a Board of Directors (or office) composed of 4 members elected for 2 years by the General Assembly by secret ballot by a simple majority of the votes cast.

Manager of the Missimmo agency Delphine Vrignault started out in real estate in 1999 and has lived in Saint-Barthélemy since 1997.

Director of RE/MAX St Barths Island Properties, Max VanderNoot grew up on the island. After higher education in real estate management and a first experience in Europe, he returned to his island and works with his family within the RE/MAX agency.
Audrey Guix has over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector in Saint-Barthélemy. She is Director of Rentals and Transactions at Premier Properties St Barth.
